Shipment, Returns and Guarantee

On this page, you’ll find more information about ordering and shipping the bags. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, read here about the warranty conditions and how to return a bag.


Delivery time
All bags that are in stock are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays, there may be longer delivery times due to courier services.


Shipping Costs
Within the Netherlands, bags over €150 are shipped free charge. For orders lower than €150, a shipping fee of €15.00 will be charged including insurance and registered mail. Do you live abroad? Please contact me so I can calculate the shipping costs for you.


Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your bag purchase: you can return the bag – in original ,new condition within 14 days, in its original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. The return shipping costs are at your own expense, but you will, of course, receive a refund for the purchase amount as soon as possible provide that the bag is not damaged.

- Notify us within 5 days for a refund or If you would like to exchange the product, please state the name, color, and product number of the desired product

- Always send your return package with a track and trace code. Faye Parker Brady is not responsible for damage, theft or loss during the return shipment of your order.

Please note: custom-made bags cannot be returned.


Warranty Conditions
From the moment of purchase, you have a 12-month warranty on the bag. If you wish to make a warranty claim, please send an email with a clear photo and a description of the defect. I will carefully review your request and contact you to discuss the options for repair or replacement.

Below, you can read about the exceptions that apply:

• This is not covered by the warranty: natural aging, discoloration, color transfer, product alterations by third parties, wear of the stamping foil or hardware, damage, stains, wear from accidents or overuse, scratches, and tears of the product.
• Samples are not covered by the warranty.
